This is RAIMEI, a winding machine. It seems to be made with more care than the regular one, but honestly, the regular version tasted better lol.
My memory is that it deteriorated a lot before the bottle was empty.
My memory of the taste is hazy, but it is a medium-bodied sake with less sweetness than Takachidai, and is a well-balanced mid-meal sake.
