The sake rice is Tamasakae. It's my first time.
Tottori is a first for me😅.
I bought a bottle for everyday use because I heard it's good at room temperature and warmed up.
It has been aged for two years and is quite a yama-buki-colored sake 牡牡.
I'm sure you'll be pleased to know that I'm not the only one who's a fan of this brand.
It is not just a very dry sake, but also has a firm acidity.
As they say, it's perfect as a food sake 🎵.
If you warm it up lukewarm, it's quite good😄.
I think it's hard to find a sake that is super dry but still has good acidity and umami👍.

It's a super dry sake, but the acidity and umami are definitely there, and on the second day, as you said, the umami has increased even more, making it even more delicious👍.
I'm looking forward to more of this 😆 Sake 齧 as the brand name.
