Shimane sake.
A full-flavored, robust Junmai sake.
Yet it is not heavy.
Goes well with salted fish.
As the label says, it looks good warmed up!
It's not what you'd call ordinary, but it's got a lot going on at the edges.
It's ordinary, but the edges are full and rich.
This is the kind of sake I like.
