One of the sake I look forward to. Toichi's junmai ginjo is delicious. but the Junmai Namae is seasonal. Junmai Namae is seasonal. The 64% rice polishing ratio is a daring move. the original flavor and richness of Yamadanishiki and strength. The tangy spiciness is also a nice accent. It is a really good sake with good cost performance.
