Taste The texture is smooth and crisp, with a slight mellowness. It has a sour taste like yogurt or apple, a savory taste like mitarashi dango, a delicious taste and a sweet taste. The bitterness comes out later. The sweetness and umami are strong, but the bitterness remains well. The bitterness does not bother the palate as it gradually becomes mellow. The length of the aftertaste is medium to slightly long.
