I went to buy coffee beans at my favorite store in Yokohama, and while I was there, I stopped by a liquor store that I visit when I'm in the neighborhood.
I hadn't seen Machida Shuzo for a long time, and I've always wanted to try it!
And the limited edition nigorizake was the last one!
I bought it without hesitation.
I was warned to be careful when opening the bottle, so I was careful.
I chilled it until the next day, so I was able to open it without any problems.
It's a creamy, refreshing sake.
Sweet and tasty, with a good sharpness.
Delicious!
I'm glad I chose to bottle this one!
