This is a rare repeat of Kurei's Tokujun, which I enjoyed drinking before.
The aroma is subdued, with a hint of acidity.
When you take a sip, you can taste the umami. However, the umami of the rice is moderate, so it is not harsh.
Later, the sweetness of the rice overlaps with the acidity, and the umami overlaps with the sweetness of the rice, creating happiness on the tongue.
It is not as sharp as it should be, but it is crisp and not tiring to drink.
Kurei is delicious, and I like it just as much as Kitajima.
