ポンちゃんHankyu Brewery Festival🍶9th Brewery Arrival of Mr. pyonpyon! The four of us are tasting 🎶. This is the oldest brewery in Japan, dating back to the Heian period ✨. Yukinomai Nama Sparkling Junmai Daiginjyo Namaekase Namaekase Junmai Daiginjo Kurokin Unfiltered Nama Sparkling is refreshing, sweet soft and easy to drink 🫧. Sparkling has also been made for 180 years 😳 And Kurogane! It tasted like bitter chocolate🍫. I was surprised by the richness: ‼️ I could tell from the brewery's story that they teach their techniques to wineries overseas and that their sake is made with an awareness of overseas markets 😊.
