The brewery staff explained, "It's a light, dry sake that represents the brewery. ❗️ It is one of the best parts of the event to be able to communicate with the brewery staff 😁.
It is super slightly carbonated on the palate.
There is no sweetness, but a strong sourness.
The micro carbonation and sourness give it a piquant taste. This is the freshness of "Awairai".
The bitterness comes out at the end, and it is refreshing to the last drop.
It has been a while since I had a sake with an edge.
Being able to drink different types of sake is one of the best parts of the event 😄.
