This is a comment from an amateur sake lover.
Today I got a bottle of Black Beef Nama Sake and I am enjoying the summer mood. It tastes like a dry, heavyweight grade of sake with a punch. It was a manly sake that would not be overpowered by the aroma of smoked bonito tataki. Probably goes well with cheese, too.
