I was intrigued by the catchphrase "peach" 🍑.
First day

It's so unusual for Takachiyo that the bitterness of the aftertaste is more memorable than the flavor juwa...
2nd day
The umami expands, but it's still not peach 🤔.
The bitterness is still there when it's cold!
When warmed up, the bitterness settles down and the Takachiyo character comes out more.
3rd day
I wonder where the peachy flavor comes out... Finally, the peachy sweetness appears in the umami!
The bitterness has almost disappeared, but the alcohol taste is more powerful 💪.
I think the peachy "As if Peach" from a sake brewery in Shunan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, is the peachy winner 🤣.
