The aroma is a bit alty.
It is a pure kijo-zake! The mouthfeel is gentle but firmly sweet and thick! 😍(maybe a hint of sourness too?)
No bitterness from last year's drink and a clean finish! 🥰
Not sure why it remained until this time of year, but whatever it is, I'm thankful I was able to buy it! ☺️
