Aizan" sake produced in Banshu is fermented at low temperature. Because it is orikagarami, it has a mild flavor and a sense of liveliness. It is easy to open because the orikara does not blow out when shaken. The moment you put it in your mouth, you will feel a sharp acidity. The bitterness comes before the sweetness, and the sweetness spreads softly in the mouth. It is not too sweet, but refreshing.
