We will drink it cold.
The color is clear and slightly yellow.
The top aroma is mild, with a slight grain aroma, a slight citrus aroma, and an alkaloa aroma in the back.
The mouthfeel flows smoothly, and as soon as you take a sip, a gentle, gradual spread of umami and acidity flows through the mouth.
After swallowing, the aroma spreads in a flurry and has a slight matured aroma. The previous bottle did not have an aged flavor, so the difference may be due to its old date.
The overall flavor is mild, but the umami is well developed, and the aftertaste is a bit spicy and sharp.
