Ah, it's good sake. I couldn't help but say out loud.
It goes into the mouth easily, and after the rice flavor swells, it disappears cleanly and crisply. Perhaps it is because it is fully fermented, but it is refreshing even though it has a strong, deep flavor. It has a good balance between sweetness and sourness.
I had it chilled today, but I'd like to enjoy it as a heated sake as well.
