＜Smooth, slightly smooth, light sake.
A rare sake limited to three sake stores in Hokkaido.
During the Great East Japan Earthquake, the Shinzawa Brewery was also severely damaged. At that time, more than 1/3 of the people who volunteered to help were from Hokkaido. To repay their kindness, Shinzawa Brewery brewed this sake using Hokkaido's sake rice, Comet. It's a good story, isn't it?
The aroma has a subtle umami flavor and a hint of sweetness.
The mouthfeel is smooth and mildly delicious. It is so smooth that it flows smoothly down the back of the throat.
The flavor is slightly umami, with only a hint of bitterness at the end. There is also a slight alcohol taste. The flyer says it is "fresh and fruity," but it flows down your throat before you even feel it. It is very light. It is so light that I can't even tell if it is sweet or dry. It is a beautiful sake.
If I were to compare it to Ghibli, I would say it is like the Tenjin from "The Tale of the Princess Kaguyahime. It is beautiful, but the color is obviously pale compared to Kaguyahime and the people on earth.
