This sake was made by letting Junmai Daiginjo sake sit for 5 years. Although it was described as dry, there was no tingling at all, and the sake was mellow and had a deep richness. The flavor spreads throughout the mouth with a buzz. I drank it hot and cold, but I prefer it cold. It is ranked in my (cheap and delicious sake) list.
