A sake blended from three kinds of rice, which I have been interested in for a long time.
The stylish label was painted by a painter in Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture.
It is a bit thick on the palate, but it is dry and crisp.
It has a mild and elegant taste with a bitterness reminiscent of cocoa.
It also has a distant fruity flavor, and combined with the bitterness, it has a rum raisin-like taste.
It was delicious.
