I used to get Kirizukuba as a New Year's greeting 😊.
The best parts of Gohyakumangoku come to the fore: ✌️
It has a good balance of sweetness, umami and acidity and goes down your throat very well. It goes well with any entrée. ✌️
Speaking of which, I have one regret 😱.
Urasato Sake Brewery brewed a lot number of Ebina's Katsuren Min lot number when he retired. I regret not being able to purchase it at the time 🥹.
