Last month? Sake from Kamishin Sake Brewery who gave me a front when I answered a survey about the sake I bought in March. It was a souvenir to Nagano😊.
It has a ginjo aroma. Gassy and banana-like? It has a great dark fruity flavor. The refreshing is for a moment instead of a bitterness, and in the second half, the enmi (saltiness) is pleasant without bitterness.
Not too light, not too heavy, not too sweet, not too bitter. It has a good aroma and umami, in other words, it is very good. ‼️
I apologize for avoiding Okayama sake until now 🙇.
This is delicious‼️
I was pretty impressed 🥹.
