YokoyamaSILVER10 純米吟醸（生酒）
NyuronYummmm, seriously, it might be my favorite.
Super fresh and crisp, yet not too light or heavy.
It has a little bit of gas and is gorgeous and sweet, but it has a crispness that doesn't drag it down and makes you want to drink it all the time.
It has been a year since I have had Yokoyama, and I really like their sake.
