🐻‍❄️ Second day in Nagano. We went out for a drink as usual. It was the day when the ban on hiyaoroshi was lifted, so I was shown hiyaoroshi that were not on the menu and drank 5 different kinds (5 gou!) of them. It was a very lucky day because 4 bottles were opened. We drank Daishinshu, Kokoromi (Nakazen Shuzo), Saku-no-Hana, Jyukyu, and Togakushi, in that order. I'm posting this one because I don't get to see Daishinshu on tap that often. It's a calm and delicious wine, I don't have the vocabulary to describe it, but it's good anyway, and the balance of sweet, sour, and bitter flavors is so good that it's hard to distinguish any of them. The pretty one is the nineteen, though: 🐻‍❄️❤️ I drank a lot. I slept well, I thought, but I also had nightmares (mostly work), so I guess I didn't sleep well💦.
