The second stage of the Kamoshiki Festival is the Yellow Narcissus!
It is a low-alcohol type of 13 degrees, and the mouthfeel is smooth compared to Miyamanishiki which uses 80% Omachi rice.
The sweetness from the soft acidity seems to be the common denominator with other Kamonishiki. Rather than an aroma that escapes from the nose, it soaks into the tongue, leaving a slight bitterness, and then disappears. This is also delicious!
