Rice used (from Aizu) Gohyakumangoku, Himenomochi Yeast used: Utsukushima Yume Yeast Rice polishing ratio 50%, alcohol 15%. Fresh, fruity aroma and a light mouthfeel. This is THE summer sake that I have in my mind! I have an image of summer sake! It also has a dry taste. It tastes best when cooled down to the perfect temperature.
