Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nakadori
Miyakanbai is the number one sake that I would like to circulate in my body in place of blood.
When we drank it fresh from the refrigerator, the bitterness was too much and it was a little difficult to drink.
However, when warmed to near room temperature, it takes on a sweetness that harmonizes with the bitterness and turns into a deeply savory taste.
Miyakanbai, which can handle the roughness of unfiltered sake, is not a simpleton after all.
