This is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake from Shotoku Shuzo.
Already, it really is a delicious sake with a strong flavor and a lingering aftertaste that lingers forever.
The Gion Festival is over, but summer in Kyoto is still too hot. This is a sake to enjoy the lingering aftertaste on such nights.
As one would expect from Shotoku, I had it with salted sea bream fish!
