It is an assemblage of Kijoshu and Junmai Daiginjo 30 super cold-aged sake. ⁉️
The aroma is modest, with a sweet aroma typical of kijoshu.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the gentle sweetness like Wasanbon, and the acidity and bitterness are moderate and well balanced 👌.
It goes well with salty food and oshinko (Japanese pickles).
