Purchased at a liquor store. Is the rarity normal?
I opened it boldly without hesitation and blew it out even though it said "be careful not to blow out"... I recommend putting it firmly in ice water before opening the bottle.
Cold sake.
Mild aroma.
Milky taste with a shwashy and stimulating effect. Slightly astringent aftertaste. The aftertaste is rather long.
We had it with fried food. Good with fried food.
Sake for intermediate to advanced drinkers.
