Junmai Ginjo-shu Nakadori unfiltered strictly raw ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 14%, no mention of sake rice
On 2025.10.17, there was no mention of "Selected" and the ALC was 15 degrees.
I have encountered several Jyushidai [Junmai Ginjo-shu Nakadori Unrefined Nama-Zume] in the past, but this is the first time I have seen no mention of the sake rice brand, so I decided to register a new one 🤗.
The aroma is subtle... there is a slight tingling sensation on the tongue when you put it in your mouth, and as you roll it around in your mouth, you can taste the mild flavor 😋.
If anything, it's a light, slightly dry sake 😃.
