4. Koei Kiku no Tsukikage. It has a sour taste on the palate, but it is clean and refreshing without any habits. It does not have much of a sake taste and is easy to drink. It is a refined sake to be drunk cold. You can taste the quality of Kame-no-o's rice. Kame-no-o, unfiltered, unfiltered, raw sake, about 2,500 yen, Otsuka Sake Brewery, Honmachi, Tokyo.
