I was really curious about this sake, so I ordered it online for the first time. The moment I was excited to open it, the cork flew off like champagne (lol)! It's not dry, but it goes down smoothly with a lingering aftertaste. The sweetness is really there as if you are drinking a juice, yet the rice flavor is strong. The acidity is not that strong! It is a sake that makes you want to drink it again.
