パーム農家
Yoshinogawa's Jozo Nama sake, which I purchased last fall. The aroma is like chocolate and raisins.
It has a very strong flavor, as if it were a 20% alcohol nama-genshu. It has a strong flavor reminiscent of Western liquors such as brandy and whiskey. Smoky sweetness with a richness of nuts and mushrooms. Cacao-like bitterness. When swallowed, it has a lingering aftertaste, just like after eating chocolate. Well, if you drink it expecting sake-like taste, you will be surprised at the gap. It might be easier to drink on the rocks.
