It has a sake strength of +18, which is not something I would normally buy, but I don't think it's too spicy. Perhaps it's because it's been watered down, but it's refreshing and easy to drink cold. If you warm it up as recommended by the brewery, the acidity becomes more pronounced and interesting. Heating sake is fun. I heard that the brewery brews sake for each rice producer.

Apparently the rice for this sake is produced by an old man in his mid-80s. He says he only makes Tamayo.
