But I warm up my 55% Yamada polished sake because it's delicious. It's delicious.

It is sweet, spicy, bitter, acidic and delicious. The aroma is also good.
In my opinion, one of the conditions for a great sake is that it can be served at room temperature or warmed up.
I drank it at an izakaya, but it was a little short.
