Immediately after the bottle was opened, the impression was weak, with a hint of acidity but not much else. Three days later, however, the aroma and a hint of sweetness were noticeable in the nose, and it became a nice, mild, modern-style sake. It is difficult to warm up, and if it is too hot, the acidity will be too much and the goodness will disappear even if the temperature is low. Best served cold.
