Masumi's brewery limited edition sake.
The cedar aroma was faint at the beginning but became less and less apparent 💦 The taste was gentle with a hint of sweetness and a sharp bitterness at the end. As advertised, it tasted perfect as a food sake.
I would like to visit the brewery next time as there are 5 breweries within walking distance.
