Tonight, we celebrate the arrival of spring with the Risshun Morning Squeeze. It was a very cold day. When the bottle is opened, the aroma is subdued. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the freshly squeezed sweetness and strong acidity. The refreshing sweetness and strong acidity made it taste like fruit juice. After a salad with balsamic vinegar, the overall feeling of refreshing is enhanced. It goes well with scallops grilled in butter and soy sauce. It also goes well with grilled shiitake mushrooms. Even when paired with sweet tomatoes, the sake does not assert itself, but it is easy to tell that it is a delicious sake. It also tastes great with the various sashimi with discount stickers that I bought to go with it. It resets the smell of the sea. It is a wonderful sake that enhances the food and keeps its own deliciousness.
