Today's snacks were wonton with ponzu sauce, avocado with tsukudani sauce, and natto omelette! We had a full day today, and for a good evening drink, we cooked together as a couple ‼️ CHOICE this one on the usual izakaya menu!
The label on the back of the bottle says that there is a son of a judoist, so it is covered with a sake like my own child!
The aroma is a light ginjo aroma💜The initial attack is slightly sweet, and the sake is firm, dry, and sharp! It's a great sake for a mealtime drink, and it lifts up the accompaniments without being habitual!
Next time I would like to pair it with sashimi 😊.
