I happened to find it at Family Mart on a business trip and bought it.
It is nice to be able to drink Hokkaido sake easily.
Perhaps it was because it had been chilled in the refrigerator, but the aroma was not very strong, but the flavor was strong.
It is a refreshing type of sake with a slight acidity that disappears after a short while.
I wanted to pair it with fish.
It would have been a shame to serve it without any side dish.
