It's sweet and carbonated, like cider.
It's only 9% alcohol and I drank too much.
It was refreshingly sweet and gassy and tasted good, but I finished it before I could figure out what it would go with.
I drank it with sukiyaki, but it was a palate cleanser and could have been an after-dinner dessert sake.
