The image of Miyagi sake is that of Urakasumi, Suminoe and other sea sakes, but the mountain sakes are also very good.
It's spicy, but it's also a very good sake. A great sake, a martial sake.
A 90 minute drive from Sendai, Naruko Onsen is a great place to enjoy fish and mushrooms. I want to come back again.
