I like Koei Chrysanthemum, which I have not had for a long time, because of its strong acidity.
I can tell from the aroma that it is going to be very sour.
When I put it in my mouth, I immediately feel the sweet and sour, and from there, awesome orange!
It's a little more like a watery, cheap orange than a rich tangerine. I guess this can't be helped because of the low alcohol volume. And the refreshment is stronger because of that.
The aftertaste is astringent like grapefruit, but very weak.
Of course it has a freshness because it is a nama-shu, but the lighter it is as you drink it, the more you are concerned about its lightness.
I think it's great that it's so fresh and light, but it's a little different from my favorite strain. But I bought it because I could imagine that, so there is no problem.
I think it will taste even better when the temperature is higher.
