Kyushu is known for its shochu culture, and this is the first time I have had Kumamoto's sake!
It is not labeled as sparkling, but it was so shwashy and sparkling like sparkling ⁉️!
It was so juicy, yet sweet! It was probably the sweetest sake I have ever had!
The color is almost transparent. The aroma is like grapes.
It was delicious✨
Be careful opening the bottle because the cork will fly off 😄.
