Ichinokura純米吟醸 祥雲金龍
びびず
Today we are in Naruko Onsen.
Dinner was a course meal at the hotel, including a sake drinking set.
For the sake comparison set, we chose the hotel's original Mori-no-kaze, Naruko Onsenkyo, and Ichinokura.
The Mori-no-Kaze was clean and dry, the Naruko Onsenkyo had a delicious rice flavor, and the Ichinokura was fruity but had a clean aftertaste.
Dishes included beef tongue, tomato nabe, and deep-fried swordfish, in addition to an assortment of sashimi.
