The aroma is mildly sweet and fruity, followed by a classic dry aroma, and when you taste it on your tongue, you will find a slight pear taste, a slightly strong and pleasant acidity, and a bitter taste, which quickly disappears. Delicious! I like it. It reminds me of a white wine with a calm acidity. It can be served by itself or as an in-between-dinner drink. I served it cold this time. I heard that it is recommended to be served at 10℃ Hanakairo or 40℃ lukewarm. If you go to Aomori, buy this one! It is hard to find outside of Aomori.
