I was looking to try the Ajishokan stall in the Jisho area again, but the line had grown so long that I couldn't find the end of the line, so I gave up after all and went to the Okageza-mae stall.
◉ Instrument Masamune Honjozo Nakadori
Just the right amount of umami and sweetness, with a wonderfully crisp aftertaste.
It's also cosy, and Gakki is a genius at alsobe.
