Junmai-shu Taisetsu Yuki (pure rice sake) stored in snow.
Stored in snow for 100 days. It is made from 60% polished comet. Nutty and a little bit peculiar.
Junmai Ginjo-shu Kokushimusou
Made with Kitashizuku. It is a bit dark, and is said to be good even when heated.
Junmai Daiginjo-shu Kokushimusou Hokkaido Limited
Made with Comet. Slightly dry and refreshing, smooth and easy to drink. A little nutty. It seems to be popular as a souvenir from Hokkaido.
Junmai Daiginjo-shu Kokushimusou Ungaisoten
A limited edition sake from the brewery. Sticky and tasty.
Junmai-Daiginjo-Shu Kokushimusou Nama-Shu Hokkaido Limited
Junmai nama-shu Kokushimusou Nama-shu, limited to Hokkaido. Slightly nutty and bitter. Spicy and refreshing.
Junmai Ginjo-shu Kokushimusou Nama-genshu from a limited brewery.
Kitashizuku nama nama sake. The same yeast as Ezonokuma. The most fruity and slightly sweet flavor. My favorite type.
Junmai Daiginjo-shu Kokushimusou Nijuyuu
They let me try it. It is very good ❗It has a watery flavor and goes down smoothly. No other 28% sake made with rice produced in Hokkaido has such a good taste.
Junmai Daiginjo-shu, stored in ice temperature.
Only this is made from Hyogo Yamadanishiki. Elegant, well-balanced and deep flavor.
The brewer was very nice.
