At room temperature, it's well-balanced with light sweetness and acidity. As it warms up, the acidity increases, giving it a dry feel. At room temperature, it has a light sweetness and acidity. You might think it would be sweet in cold sake, but the aftertaste and acidity keeps it from being too sweet. And the price is good! I prefer it at room temperature.
