This is a bottle from Sukumasa's June hanpukai.
The ingredients (rice, yeast, and koji mold) are all from an original recipe, brewed jointly by Kazuma Sake Brewery and Yoshida Sake Brewery.
I have never had the original Takeba, so I have no way to compare it, but it was very fruity and delicious.
I understand that Kazuma Sake Brewery has resumed brewing their own sake, so I would like to try the original Takeba someday.
By then, my memory of this taste will be faded and I still won't be able to compare 😅.
