On Christmas Eve, I wanted to drink something special. So, I chose my favorite San-do, the first Shi-no-jyo.
The aroma was refreshing, and as usual, the taste was shwashy. The sweetness and acidity are pleasant, and the umami of the rice can be felt gradually. It is still delicious. I wish I could buy Kago.
